The Boys and Girls varsity swim teams are once again off to a great start. Despite a misleading record, they have actually been having a solid year so far. The boys, led by captain Garrett Collins, a junior, currently have two wins and one tie, while the girls, led by seniors Rebekah Hickson and Kennedy Austin, also have two wins and a tie. The team has worked hard and possesses the skill to win more meets, but their small size makes winning difficult because of scoring regulation. On an exciting note, sophomore Michael McAlpine has broken two school records already this season. The boys have also broken the Medley Relay school record. The swim team looks forward to more exciting meets to come!
