8 Ways to Make Your School Morning Easier
#1: Don’t eat anything at least an hour before you go to bed. This way you’ll wake up hungry, which will motivate you to get up and go eat breakfast.
#2: Drink a glass of water right before you go to sleep. Your stomach won’t be the only organ waking you up.
#3: Pick out your outfit the night before. That way you don’t have to fuss about it in the morning.
#4: Pack up your backpack at night. Once you’ve finished your homework, put everything away so you also don’t have to worry about doing that in the morning.
#5: Set your alarm earlier. Anywhere from an hour to 15 minutes earlier than you would normally wake up is sufficient. You can hit the snooze button and get the illusion that you’re sleeping in.
#6: Make a morning playlist! Getting ready to some of your favorite songs will wake you up and lift your spirits.
#7: Invest in some granola bars. Granola bars are great for breakfast because they take no time to prep, they come in so many different flavors, and you can bring them with you on the way to school.
#8: Take pictures of your favorite part of your commute. It’s nice to admire things that we often find mundane. Plus, you’ll have content for the Gram later.
